This autumn/winter season sees Pocket Rocket launching two new luxury canapé boxes which will be added to its existing collection, making a total number of eight boxes people can choose from.
The Burlington Box *NEW *
The Burlington Collection is Pocket Rocket’s most decadent yet. Inspired by London’s Burlington Arcade, a go-to shopping destination during the festive period, Pocket Rocket’s seasonal Burlington Collection is designed to be the perfect accompaniment for every occasion, from Christmas drink parties and office festivities to special hosted evenings. It will be available for the months of November and December.
The box features 160 handcrafted savoury and sweet canapés, each carefully finished with finesse and style by the Rocket chefs. Rocket Co-Founder and Director Caroline Hall, who media often describe as the Queen of Canapés, comments: “A lot of thought has gone into making this collection both versatile and festive. In addition to some of our favourite Pocket Rocket canapés, this collection features seasonal showstoppers including luxurious duck rillettes topped with delicate cornflowers, melt-in-yourmouth beef wellingtons with festive gold leaf, stichelton on oatcakes with celery and mulled apple, and a butternut squash and tahini log with rosemary and balsamic pearls.
“The cakes tray is very close to my heart, as it features Rocket’s signature mince pie, derived from my mother’s recipe but elevated and reimagined across 22 years of Rocket catering. Made with fresh fruit, rich orange pastry, and decadent piped brandy butter, it’s something we’ve become quite famous for at Rocket and a must for every festive party. I also love our vegan ginger and candied orange cake which is unctuous and fragrant and captures the essence of the Christmas season.”
The Portobello Box *NEW *
Pocket Rocket’s first all-savoury canapé collection is inspired by London’s Portobello Road and encapsulates the colours and bounty of autumn.
The box (pictured right) features 160 canapés with an ample selection for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and meat eaters. It includes edamame bean, pea, ricotta & mint tart; grilled courgette, green bean & truffle parcel; avocado, pomelo & coriander rice cake; Dorset crab doughnut; smoked seabass taco; glazed chicken spiedini and Zaatar lamb leg, and comfortably serves 14-16 guests.

Based on Rocket’s most popular canapés from 22 years of party and event catering, the Bruton Collection includes 160 canapés, serves 14-16 guests, and features a selection of vegetarian, fish, and meat canapés, with a range of cakes for dessert or teatime. It is a popular choice for receptions and cocktail parties and also works well for dinner parties, with the canapés serving as the starter and then cakes for pudding, leaving the host to cook the main course.
For those who want to entertain on a more intimate level or with smaller guest numbers, Pocket Rocket has three boxes to choose from, each featuring 80 canapés, a perfect amount for eight to ten guests. These are:
• Piccadilly Collection: A smaller version of the much-loved Bruton box, this collection includes a selection of Rocket’s most popular canapés including meat, fish, and vegetarian options, plus a selection of cakes for dessert or teatime.
• Covent Garden Collection: An all-vegetarian and vegan collection featuring a range of canapés, bridge rolls, and cakes, including a parmesan sable with fennel & lemon, an egg and cress bridge roll, and a vegan carrot & pecan cake.

The Clerkenwell Collection is the most substantial box, perfect for working lunches, meetings or those occasions when a more generous offering is required. Serving 14-16 guests, the box of 160 canapés includes a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian canapés, bridge rolls and cakes and desserts.
