Mulberry Rose Fizz

A decadent blend of Mulberry Rose Aquavit from The Copenhagen Distillery and our own blushed vermouth made from Pinot Bianco wine, infused with beach-rose petals from Cornwall and hand foraged wild botanicals from the British isles. Shaken with fresh citrus. Topped with Duval-Leroy Rosé Prestige Premier Cru Champagne sweetened with a hint of homemade wild sour cherry, rhubarb and blackcurrant leaf infused honey syrup.
