The book was not new, the author was not available due to his commitments with the England football team during the World Cup, and we had little new news to go on. Maria and her team swung into action, rapidly reading the book and looking for new angles.
They then worked closely with MB Comms’ top media contacts to deliver strong coverage including The Sun newspaper. This saw the book go up the bestseller list – and all without the author having to do a single interview.
